Mrs. Tee Way
Mrs. Tee Way is a multitalented and multi-faceted 21st century Proverbs 31 Woman. She is a licensed ordained elder and the assistant pastor of FAME Church International of Washington, D.C. Her mission is to inspire, uplift and encourage others to seek their God given purpose in life and have fun during the process. She is a wife, mother, motivational speaker, author, and friend to many.
As a keynote speaker and minister of the Gospel, Pastor Tee has ministered to audiences around the world. The youngest of six, she was born and education in Washington, D.C. She attended Duke Ellington School of the Arts and went on to continue her education at the American University where she received her degree in Business Administration from The Kogod School of Business. She is Chief Operating Officer of The Al Way Company, a nationally known human resources training and development company. She and her husband are professional facilitators and trainers. They design and present curriculum, keynote speeches, and facilitate training classes in behavioral preferences, marriage/family life, leadership development, team building, emotional intelligence, and customer service.
